ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

By purchasing any item, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions below.

The giveaway is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older, Worldwide.

LSGiveaways employees and family are excluded from the draw.

By purchasing this item , you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

No limit of entries per person.

There will be no ticket number provided.

Ticket numbers will  be capped at 1000 entrants.

The draw will commence 6th November 2024.

END DATE 27th November 2024 9am Adelaide time

Winner will be drawn on 29th November 2024 or once entrant cap is reached.

Winner will be drawn from a raffle drum via a live feed on Low Standards youtube channel. 

 

THE PRIZE

The winning prize will be a 1983 nissan skyline R30.

This vehicle is in almost original condition.

70,000 original KM'S. with  genuine work equips 14X8.5-19 

The vehicle will also be fitted with custom made Shockworks coilovers  all round.

You are also on the agreement that you’re fully aware that this vehicle is a classic car and not everything will be perfect. The vehicle has dents, scratches and minor paint fade.

By entering this draw you agree that any future problems or failures on the R30 Skyline are your own responsibility and not the responsibility of LSGiveaways or any other affiliated sponsors.

Car can come registered, with basic third party insurance. (within AUS)

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. 

The use of specific brands as prizes by LSGiveaways does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

 We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

 LSGiveaways decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The vehicle will be featured on Low Standards Youtube channel and social media outlets if you wish to view the vehicle in more detail.

 

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via phone number provided as the winner is selected.

Winner will be drawn from a raffle drum via a live feed on low standards Youtube.

One prize per entrant per draw. 

winners will be drawn in order of 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

LSGiveaways will make two attempts to contact the winner via phone.

If the winner does not respond to the calls informing them of their win within 14 days of the second phone call, they forfeit their right to the prize, and low standards reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

 

PRIZE DELIVERY 

The winner will allow a reasonable amount of time for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Australian winner -

Option 1 :  Car will be delivered to your door at no cost to you.

Option 2 : We will pay to fly you and a friend to Adelaide to drive the car back to your home. this will include some cash towards the journey home.

Overseas winner -

$1000 will be given to you to help with shipment cost..

We will also help with any logistics we can on our end. 

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by low standards for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

 All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing lowstandardsshow@gmail.com.

The winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on low standards's social media channels.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LSGiveaways accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

 

GENERAL

LSGiveaways reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
