ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
By purchasing any item from www.lowjay.com you are agreeing to these terms and conditions below.
The giveaway is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older, worldwide.
LS Giveaways employees and family are excluded from the draw.
By purchasing any item, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
No limit of entries per person via our website.
There will be no ticket number provided.
Giveaway will be capped at 2000 entrants.
The giveaway will commence 4th February 2026 AT 9am ACST.
End date for online entries 3rd March 2026 9pm ACST unless sold out sooner.
Winner will be drawn at 5:30pm ACST on 6th march 2026.
Winner will be drawn live from a raffle drum on Low Standards YouTube channel. You agree to sign and return a copy of your understanding of these T&Cs via email before receiving your prize.

You are on the agreement that you’re fully aware that this vehicle is modified and unless engineered to Australian road standards would not be fit for use on road or highways.
By entering you are aware and understand that only one of the above mentioned vehicle will be the prize.
On contact you will be given a reasonable amount of time to make your decision on the vehicle that you wish to claim as your prize.
By entering you agree that you understand any on road costs are the winners responsibility and not that of LS Giveaways.
By entering this draw you agree that any future problems or failures on this vehicle are your own responsibility and not the responsibility of LS Giveaways or any other affiliated sponsors.
The use of specific brands as prizes by LS Giveaways does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
LS Giveaways decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The vehicle will be featured on Low Standards YouTube channel and social media outlets if you wish to view the vehicle in more detail.
A cash or buy back option may be offered if the winner is unable, under their current circumstances to accept the physical prize.
This decision will be made by the winner and at the discretion of LS Giveaways.
Prize value $3000
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via phone number provided as the winner is selected.
Winner will be drawn from a raffle drum via a live feed on low standards YouTube.
One prize per entrant, per draw.
Winners will be drawn in order of 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
LS Giveaways will make two attempts to contact the winner via phone.
Email contact will be made after 7 days if the winner is unreachable by telephone.
If the winner does not respond to the calls or email informing them of their win within 14 days of the second phone call, they forfeit their right to the prize, and LS Giveaways reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
If required, this will be re-drawn via a live draw for full transparency.
PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will allow a reasonable amount of time for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Australian winner -
Option 1: Car will be delivered to your door at no cost to you.
Option 2: We will pay to fly you and a friend to Adelaide to drive the car back to your home.
Overseas winner -
$1000 will be given to you to help with shipment cost.
We will also help with any logistics we can on our end.
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by LS giveaways for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing lowstandardsshow@gmail.com.
The winner's first and last name and country of residence will be announced on Low Standards social media channels.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LS Giveaways accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
GENERAL
LS Giveaways reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
